Returns & Refunds policy

1. Overview

Mangoptions provides consulting, immigration, residency, and relocation-related services. Due to the nature of our services, all transactions are governed by the terms outlined below.

Mangoptions does not collect payments directly through this website. Payments are accepted only after a consultation, via issued invoice, and paid directly to our business bank account or other agreed payment method.

2. No Physical Products

Mangoptions does not sell physical goods. All services are intangible, consulting-based, and customized to each client’s individual circumstances.

As such, traditional “returns” do not apply.

3. Consultation Fees

  • Consultation fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

  • If a prepaid consultation is canceled by the client at least 24 hours in advance, Mangoptions may offer a refund or rescheduling at its discretion.

  • Missed consultations or late cancellations are non-refundable.

4. Service Fees & Refund Eligibility

Because our services involve:

  • Professional consulting

  • Administrative preparation

  • Third-party coordination

  • Time-sensitive and country-specific work

All service fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

Work is considered “commenced” when any of the following occurs:

  • Review of client documents

  • Case assessment

  • Communication with third parties

  • Preparation of applications, forms, or guidance

  • Scheduling or coordination related to the client’s case

5. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In limited circumstances, partial refunds may be considered solely at Mangoptions’ discretion, for example:

  • If services were paid for but not yet started

  • If Mangoptions is unable to proceed due to internal reasons (not client-related)

Any approved refund will:

  • Exclude consultation fees

  • Exclude administrative or processing work already completed

  • Be calculated based on work performed

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method or another agreed method.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Client changes their mind after work has started

  • Client fails to provide the required documents or information

  • Delays caused by third parties (government agencies, banks, immigration offices, service providers)

  • Application denial or unfavorable outcome by authorities

  • Changes in immigration laws, regulations, or government policies

  • Client decides not to travel or proceed for personal reasons

Mangoptions does not guarantee outcomes, approvals, visas, residency permits, or processing timelines.

7. Third-Party Fees & Expenses

Any third-party fees, including but not limited to:

  • Government fees

  • Legal fees

  • Translation services

  • Courier services

  • Travel expenses

are non-refundable, even if the client’s application is withdrawn, delayed, or denied.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Mangoptions directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unjustified chargebacks or disputes may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services

  • Suspension of ongoing work

  • Documentation being submitted to the payment provider to contest the dispute

9. Payment Method & Invoicing

  • All payments are made only after invoicing

  • No payments are collected directly through the website

  • Payment instructions and accepted payment methods (which may include bank transfer or other agreed methods) are provided on the invoice

  • Full payment (or agreed installment) is required before services begin unless otherwise stated in writing

10. Refund Request Process

Any refund request must be submitted in writing to: contact@mangoptions.com

Requests should include:

  • Client name

  • Invoice number

  • Reason for the request

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

11. Policy Acceptance

By engaging Mangoptions’ services, receiving an invoice, and submitting payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.
